The Path To Living A Life Of Purpose, Peace, & Fulfillment

We are born in to this world with no mind created beliefs or thoughts, absolutely zero.

Beliefs and thoughts develop as we grow up and we start to learn about the world around us. We are taught what things are called, what those things do or mean, who and how people are and so on.

We begin to gain our unique understanding of life based on both good and bad experiences of life. Each individual builds up on different experiences, interpretations, and perspectives.

This knowledge is impacted by learned beliefs, societal pressures, expectations from others, and many other factors.

With so many external factors affecting us, it’s easy to lose touch with the very core of who we truly authentically are. Then we ignore our true desires and needs, sometimes because we don’t realize what they are anymore.

Now more than ever, the world we live in is filled with noise and distractions that confuse or disconnect ourself from ourself.

So how do we get in touch with our authentic self? Start by becoming aware of the moment by moment thoughts and emotions. Learn to disassociate from it and become the observer of what is happening. Notice it without thinking about it, becoming lost, or identified with it. You’ll start to experience a space where there are no thoughts or emotions, the no mind state. Through this you will start to experience an inner awareness, a sense of who you truly are without all the distractions or conditioned beliefs.

Consistent practice to recognize the true authentic self and having the courage to honor that is the path to living a life of purpose, peace, & fulfillment.
